Meet. Transcribe. Learn. Run.

Everyone understands everything. And then it gets done.

MTLR joins your meeting as a participant, transcribes and translates speech live into each listener’s language, and after the meeting writes the summary, assigns the tasks and informs everyone involved.

No subscription. Nothing to install. Works with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex.

Multilingual meetings are slow, expensive, or simply don’t happen.

  • 01

Everyone speaks English, nobody feels at home.

People say less when they aren’t speaking their own language. Ideas stay unspoken.

  • 02

    Built-in captions don’t understand us.

Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian: in most tools, translation between them is unusable.

  • 03

After the meeting, everything stays in people’s heads.

Who promised what, by when, and who needs to be told gets lost before the next meeting.

How it works

Four letters, four steps.

  1. Step 1

    Meet

Paste the meeting link or invite MTLR to the calendar. It joins as a participant, nothing to install.

  2. Step 2

    Transcribe

Speech is transcribed and translated live. Each participant opens their own link and reads or listens in their language.

  3. Step 3

    Learn

After the meeting, MTLR reads the whole conversation and understands what was decided, what was agreed and who took what on.

  4. Step 4

    Run

Features

Everything that happens in the meeting, and everything that should happen after it.

  • Live translation

Each participant picks their language. The translation appears a few seconds behind, like a simultaneous interpreter. Supports 60+ languages and detects automatically who is speaking which language.

  • Live transcription

The original transcript runs alongside the translation, with speaker names. Also right for single-language meetings where you just want the minutes.

  • Voice translation

Instead of reading, put on headphones and listen to the translation in your language. Ideal for presentations and longer talks.

  • Every meeting platform

Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex. Same procedure, different link. Participants stay in the tool they already use.

  • In-person meetings

Open MTLR on a phone or laptop and press Record. The microphone picks up the room, guests read the translation on their phones.

  • Agents that keep working

Summary, decisions, tasks with owners and deadlines, draft messages to participants. You review and approve everything with one click before it goes anywhere.

Built for teams that work across borders.

  • Regional company groups

A weekly call between Ljubljana, Zagreb and Belgrade where everyone speaks their own language and everyone understands everything. A town hall with 50 people costs the same as a call with three.

  • Sales and partners abroad

Negotiations where the customer speaks their language and you speak yours. After the call you have the minutes and the list of promises before you even open the CRM.

  • Events and training

A lecture in one language, the audience listening in five. No interpreter booth, no headsets to hand out.

Your meetings stay yours.

  • Participants always see that MTLR is in the meeting and are informed that speech is being processed.

  • Transcripts are kept only as long as you decide, and you can delete them at any time.

  • For companies: the option to deploy on your own infrastructure, so transcripts never leave the building.

  • Servers in the EU.

When the trial period ends, existing users will be notified in advance. Prices will stay tied to usage, not to the number of seats.

Frequently asked questions

How far behind is the translation?

The text appears a second or two after the speaker, the translation two to three seconds. That is comparable to a human simultaneous interpreter. Voice translation adds roughly another second.

Do participants have to install anything?

No. They open the link in a browser, on a phone or a computer, and pick a language. The meeting stays in Teams, Zoom or Meet.

Can a meeting run in several languages at once?

Yes. The system detects each speaker’s language on its own. Slovenians speak Slovenian, Croatians speak Croatian, everyone reads in their own language.

What happens to the transcript after the meeting?

It is stored in your account for as long as you decide. You can export it as text or subtitles, or use it in your own summarisation tools.

Can MTLR run on our servers?

Yes, for companies we offer deployment on your own infrastructure. Write to us.

How do I pay for usage?

You open an account with the speech-processing provider (Soniox) and enter your key. Usage is billed there, per minute, with no middleman.

How many meetings can run at the same time?

As many as you need. Each meeting is its own session with its own bot.

Make the next meeting one where everyone understands everything.
